Services

Yoga

Increase oxygen intake and use gentle body movement to set free flowing energy. Revitalize with breath work techniques, gentle stress-releasing movements, QiGong Meditation, Wim Hoff, 8 Silken, White Tiger, Mind Castles and Flamingo. Let go and restore, feel the effects by allowing an abundance of energy to flow through you!

Chair Yoga

A gentle, mindful hatha yoga class utilizing seated and standing poses with a chair for assistance. Chair yoga is a great way for older adults to get the wonderful health benefits of yoga. Staying seated means that even frail seniors or those who aren’t flexible can safely do the exercises.

Massage

Whether its tight muscles to migraines and everything in between, we have the right form of therapy to help you recover. If you’re living with pain or reduced muscular function, you’ll be getting a therapeutic experience tailored especially for you. The first thing we’ll do is listen. Our goal is to understand all of your concerns, and limitations before attempting to perform massage therapy.

Pilates

Pilates focuses on the mind-body connection. Pilates involves precise moves and specific breathing techniques. During the various exercises your mind needs to be constantly aware of your breathing and its movements. Pilates is great for strengthening and toning, with a focus on core whilst increasing flexibility!

Reiki

Spiritual in nature, Reiki is used in tandem with other healing methods! Energy is guided through the body of a practitioner and channeled by the placing his/her hands on over the client’s body. Reiki has many benefits including deep relaxation, the relief of emotional stress and provides improvement to your overall wellbeing.
