Meet The Owner

Jen was a newcomer to Pilates in 2015 when she sought out a Pilates studio with goals of reducing chronic joint pain and building strength and flexibility. Regular practice soon produced results and she was hooked!

What she loves most about Pilates is that it is meant for everyone, and everyone is welcome in her studio. Jen is excited about helping others to experience the benefits of Pilates and hopes to guide her students toward the confidence and sense of well-being that comes from quality practice.
